Our attorneys assist municipalities, public trusts, authorities and departments in dealing with all manner of state or federal constitutional claims: free speech; union association; arrest and seizure; excessive force; employment discrimination and employment termination matters. This practice leads to litigation in all state and federal courts in Oklahoma as well as providing consulting and investigation services statewide. The scope of this work is necessarily broader than only civil rights or constitutional issues; it also includes work in tort claims against public entities, whether the claims are based on negligent injury, damage to property, nuisance or tort based employment issues.
