BANKRUPTCY & CREDITOR RIGHTS

The firm has extensive experience with bankruptcy issues and creditor rights. The firm primarily represents creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, as well as Chapter 13 Oklahoma bankruptcy proceedings. We can assist with filing both secured and unsecured proofs of claims all the way to prosecuting and defending adversary proceedings and non-dischargeability claims in any of the three Oklahoma bankruptcy courts.

Outside of bankruptcy the firm also has extensive experience with creditor rights and may pursue debtors in everything from basic collection cases to complex contract disputes. The firm can assist with collection on a simple signature loan to highly secured loans including replevin of personal property actions in Oklahoma state and federal courts. Our creditor rights practice also includes landlord claims against tenants and Forcible Entry and Detainer actions.
