Lytle Soulé & Felty's aircraft title and finance team is experienced in all aspects of commercial, business and private aircraft sales, registrations, exports and de-registration, imports, debt financing and securitization and leases. We provide advice on Federal Aviation Administration's filing of U.S. citizenship and title registration requirements. We review and prepare legal documents for filing with the FAA, issue title opinions and reports, perform searches of the FAA records relating to aircraft, aircraft engines, aircraft propellers and spare parts, and oversee aircraft title registration.

Furthermore, with the adoption by the United States and implementation of the Cape Town Treaty, Lytle Soulé & Felty provides the necessary expertise about the International Registry, the Cape Town Treaty, and its application to U.S. aircraft financing. We can assist in the application of Transacting User Entities (TUE's), preparing and filing the FAA Form 135's, registering and perfecting International Interests and Contracts of Sale and searching the International Registry with respect to aircraft collateral.
