Brett H. Burch is a senior attorney at Lytle Soule & Felty, where he focuses on representing employers in workers' compensation cases. With extensive experience managing large litigation dockets, Brett has developed a deep understanding of workers' compensation law and the complexities involved in defending against these claims.
Brett’s legal expertise spans all aspects of workers' compensation defense, from early case assessment and discovery to motion practice, mediation, and trial. He is known for his methodical approach to case preparation, ensuring that each case is thoroughly examined to identify key factors that will best protect his clients' interests.
In addition to his litigation experience, Brett has also engaged in complex legal research and the drafting of critical motions at various court levels, including appellate courts. Brett earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2015, where he excelled academically and held leadership positions, including President of the Class of 2015 and Vice President of the Student Bar Association. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Oklahoma.
Outside of his legal practice, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife Morgan and their two children, Graham and Yevonne, as well as playing golf, and attending sporting events. He is actively involved in charitable efforts, including as an executive member of Sha Babb Club, an organization dedicated to raising funds for the Children’s Hospital in Bethany, OK. A devoted Oklahoma Sooners football fan, Brett often hosts game-day gatherings with friends and family.
